Individual/Family Dental Plan - Louisiana Dental Plan is a Discount Preferred Provider Network (DPPN) that can be used to save Individuals/Families money at the point-of-service. Unlike dental insurance our plan has no waiting periods, no limitations or exclusions, no annual/lifetime maximums, and no claim forms. LDP is the the hassle free solution for your dental benefit needs!
Group Dental Plan - Employers, large and small, can offer Louisiana Dental Plan as a benefit to their employees. LDP can be purchased for all employees on an access basis or can be provided as a payroll deduction option as part of the total benefits package. There are no minimum participation requirements with LDP!
Dental (PPO) - Louisiana Dental Plan works great with Self Funded Dental Benefit Plans. TPAs (Third Party Administrators) and/or employers who have self funded dental benefits can use LDP as a PPO Dental Network which can control costs. Consequently, out of pocket expenses for plan members are eliminated or significantly reduced when they utilize a LDP Provider. Additionally, dental services that are not traditionally covered such as cosmetic procedures will be included.
